Community Involvement

ScriptPro’s headquarters are located in Mission, KS, a neighborhood in the Kansas City metropolitan area. As our campus has grown over the years, we’ve made a commitment to supporting our local community.

ScriptPro BBQ Classic

The fourth annual ScriptPro BBQ Classic is coming up on May 18th.

Last year, nearly $19,000 was raised from employee donations, ScriptPro matching, and corporate sponsors. Proceeds were divided evenly between the American Cancer Society, Animal Haven, Children's Mercy Hospital, and Harvesters.

Small Donations are Big for Ronald McDonald House and Children’s Mercy Hospital

ScriptPro trainers spend a lot of time on the road. Taking advantage of that, they’ve found a fun and unique way to have their traveling benefit families at Ronald McDonald House and Kansas City’s Children’s Mercy Hospital. The trainers maintain collection boxes for hotel soaps, shampoos, lotions, and magazines/books. Every other month they deliver these items to Ronald McDonald House and Children’s Mercy. In just the last few months the trainers have donated 62 lbs. of goodies consisting of: 251 bars of soap, 145 bottles of shampoo, 152 bottles of conditioner, 138 bottles of lotion, 46 bottles of body wash, 56 bottles of mouthwash, and over 500 recycled books/magazines!

2012 Blood Drive

In February, ScriptPro hosted a campus blood drive. There were 34 donors and 31 pints of life-saving blood were collected!

Thousands of Meals for Harvesters

Before the holidays, ScriptPro employees showed their support to the community in a big way with the Harvesters Food Drive! Over 2,100 food items were donated, which fed many Kansas City families.

ScriptPro Helps Joplin, MO, After Tornado

On May 23, 2011, a deadly tornado hit Joplin, MO, a city located about 100 miles south of ScriptPro Headquarters. Several ScriptPro employees have ties to Joplin and had family and friends affected by the disaster. Employees quickly rallied and brought in donations. ScriptPro filled its own 20 ft. x 6 ft. x 9 ft. trailer with supplies and delivered the items to the Red Cross in Joplin within days of the disaster.
