SP Central Workflow reports will provide the status of any prescription in the pharmacy, which employees have filled, verified, and dispensed the most prescriptions, what your average wait times have been, and more. Telepharmacy Call Summary
The Telepharmacy Call Summary report shows a graphical depiction of all Inspection, Counseling, and Directory Call duration. The report is broken down by calling and receiving site.

Telepharmacy Call Log
The Telepharmacy Call Log report provides an overview of Telepharmacy calls for all sites and computer terminals within the Telepharmacy environment. It details Call Type, Start and End Time, and Duration.

Telepharmacy Call Details
The Telepharmacy Call Details report displays Caller, Receiver, Call Type, Call Start Time, Call End Time, Call Duration, and Total Duration per site. The report can be sorted and filtered to show specific details.

Dispensing and Counseling Log
The Dispensing and Counseling Log displays an electronic log of dispensing details including patient signature, counseling decisions, relationship to patient, and length of counseling.
