    The System Implementation team works closely with each customer to plan and coordinate the installation and initial startup of every ScriptPro system.

    The planning process includes a series of conference calls, an on-site visit and regular communication allowing the Project Manager to assess the pharmacy and make recommendations for optimal equipment placement and integration of the system into the pharmacy's workflow.

    Installation preparation includes evaluation and review of electrical, data, and network services as well as discussion of the system interfaces that are required for a successful implementation.

    ScriptPro robots are designed to stand up to the stresses of a busy pharmacy practice. We understand the reasons that robots fail, and came up with many important solutions.

    We developed a unique system of modular wiring, based on systems developed for aircraft, so that cabling problems are rare and easy to resolve. Competitors' robots use conventional point-to-point wiring that is less suited for long-term wear and can leave complicated challenges for service personnel. 

    We also found that some parts, such as sensors, fail more than others. While it is necessary for our robots to use some sensors, we found more durable and higher value options wherever possible. A ScriptPro robot has 11 sensors. Some of our competitors have hundreds of sensors.

    Parts are tested individually before assembly, after assembly, and again before robots are installed. We customize robots during manufacturing to meet the particular needs of our clients.

    At installation, we conduct a final round of testing to be sure that your robot will be 100% operational from the first day you start using it.
