Site Development Overview

Working closely with each pharmacy, ScriptPro's Site Development team evaluates, plans, and coordinates the installation and initial startup of every ScriptPro system.

There are three phases in the Site Development process. The ScriptPro Site Development Installation Specialist assigned to your installation works with you every step of the way to ensure a smooth installation and transition into automation.

Phase 1: Initial Preparation 

  • A ScriptPro Site Development Installation Specialist will contact you and guide you through the steps to prepare your pharmacy for installation.
  • You will begin to make specific choices for your pharmacy and start discussing layout and design.

Phase 2: On-Site Preparation 

  • The Installation Specialist will visit your pharmacy and discuss the installation in further detail.
  • The Installation Specialist will measure the area, perform an electrical check, confirm your hardware, take pictures of the pharmacy, and discuss any additional preparation items that need to be completed. 

 Phase 3: Final Preparation 

  • The Installation Specialist will be following up with you to ensure all preparation items have been completed.
  • ScriptPro will complete the building and assembling of your equipment.
  • Your ScriptPro system will undergo a series of tests and simulations before it is packed up and delivered to you.
