Dee-Anna says that when the pharmacy hit 250 prescriptions per day they started looking at automation. “We had all these customers but we didn’t have enough of Frank’s time to talk to all of them. Also, Frank has three young daughters at home and can’t be working 10 hours a day, six days a week.”
