Since 2001, Falk’s has purchased a robot for each of its seven retail stores. Bill Haugen, CFO, says they wanted to standardize all the stores from a process standpoint. “Consistency in every store is better for business and better to serve our customers,” he said. “We rotate pharmacy staff often to cover weekends and vacations. Having the standard system allows us to better allocate employee resources,” Bill added.
