“I want the staff who work in my pharmacy to come to work every day and enjoy their jobs—not worry about making mistakes. When people enjoy their jobs, they can grow personally and professionally. When you are pumping out prescriptions all day, every day, you can’t do that. To cover the prescription load and allow the staff time to provide health programs to our patients, we needed help.
