Training

ScriptPro Trainers work on-site with the pharmacy staff to ensure a smooth transition when implementing automation into the pharmacy workflow. They conduct formal training sessions in groups and one-on-one training when necessary, to ensure that everyone has a clear understanding of the ScriptPro Robotics System and how it works in their pharmacy. The Trainer will remain on-site from one to four days, depending on the equipment being implemented. The Trainer may also evaluate the pharmacy workflow and provide suggestions if necessary to promote productive and efficient workflow patterns. In addition to the initial training process, a follow-up visit from a trainer may occur after the staff has worked with the system a few weeks.
