Medication Orders

ScriptPro Health Messaging Services (HMS) – HMS is a web-based telepharmacy messaging system, allowing pharmacy staff to generate and review messages, including images.

Messaging includes the following:

• Order Verification – Used to notify remote pharmacist that an order is ready for verification in the pharmacy system or EMR.

• Medication Inspection – Used to attach prepared medication order files, including inspection images, for inspection by a remote pharmacist who can pass or fail the inspection remotely.

• Staff Consultation – Used for generic communication between the pharmacy and other users in the system, including remote pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
