It’s a Wrap: Recap of Summer Series Info Sessions and Webinars

ScriptPro hosted its annual Summer Series again this year and expanded the topics and events to appeal to all of our customers.

In June, Audrea Serven, director of Learning Solutions, led a webinar on ScriptPro’s self-service online portal – Custom Support Center. The webinar provided customers a closer look at current features and new functionality as well as provided a live demonstration of our chat functionality with our Customer Service team.

In July, we hosted two different in-person events giving customers the opportunity to mingle with ScriptPro staff and fellow customers as well as listen to a short presentation. In Washington, D.C., customers in town for the 340B Coalition were invited to a reception and presentation by ScriptPro’s Bernie Knutsen and Chuck Beams, the pharmacy director at East Alabama Medical Center. They spoke to the group about ScriptPro’s Contract Pharmacy Management Package (CPMS), which includes ScriptPro’s 340B Management Package. Chuck provided firsthand experience on how his pharmacy’s partnership has been able to streamline all processes in their pharmacy.

Later in the month, in conjunction with ThoughtSpot 2017, Aaron Sihota from Pharmacy Leaders of Tomorrow presented on Injecting a Lean Approach and Design Thinking to Enhance Patient Care + Drive Business Growth.

Our Summer Series ended with a deeper dive into ScriptPro’s Payment Solutions and Security. Derek Cunningham, ScriptPro’s product security director, gave us a behind the scenes look at what takes place behind each credit card transaction and the steps ScriptPro has taken to keep patient data safe. Doug Urban, technical sales specialist at ScriptPro, provided a demo of our PharmacyPro Mobile Point of Sale app with integration to Square.
