John Wiley, R.Ph., owner of Wiley’s Pharmacy in Quarryville, PA, believes that automation is the key to success for the pharmacy industry. Looking back, he doesn’t know how he and his staff ever got along without it!
According to Wiley, without the SP 200 his business wouldn’t be nearly as efficient. With increased productivity there is more time for customer care.
Wiley says, “Customer service can separate independents from chains. Automation allows us, as an independent store, to provide even better customer service.”
